~Membership Process~
The membership process starts with the online application filled out by the applicant. At that time, your credit card will be
charged $200.00 for this application. Once received, the application is reviewed by the membership committee.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP
The membership committee is headed by the Bill J. Bonnstetter, Dean of the Faculty and President and CEO of Target Training
International, and co-chaired by David Bonnstetter, President of Success Insights International.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The membership committee includes international experts in the fields of consulting, coaching and training. The committee also
includes members of management from Target Training International and Success Insights International.
REVIEW PROCESS
Given the locations of the various members, their professional schedules and the process of reviewing and verifying information,
it is normal to take between 30-90 days for the review process to be completed. The decision
of the committee will then be sent to the applicant and the credit card on file will be charged $200.00 for annual dues.

- Include 3 professional reference letters attesting to your professional experience and effectiveness.
- Include 3 personal reference letters verifying your integrity and ethics.
- Email your biography to bill@ttiltd.com.
- Email your professional, color photo to bill@ttiltd.com with the subject line: Photo for International Faculty Application. Make sure to include your name and phone number. The photo must be in either JPEG or GIF format.
