Message From The Dean
Since we founded TTI 25 years ago, my son David and I have watched the company grow and spread its roots. As TTI stretched across borders, there became a rising demand for our Value Added Associates to join forces and meet the needs of a global workforce. We envisioned a collection of proven, exemplary professionals who have all met or exceeded certain criteria, experience, ethics and professional conduct.
To facilitate this network, we created the International Faculty in 2004, and its membership has grown to include members from all areas of the globe. Members of this Faculty are accomplished leaders in the fields of consulting, coaching and training. They are the experts, the best in the world in the areas of organizational development and improving results by increasing the effectiveness of people at all levels.
This type of global network is especially important in today's business culture. Now, there are more international business models than ever before. These companies rely heavily on employees that are working thousands of miles apart, speaking different languages, and are accustomed to very different cultures. It's no wonder that implementing corporate-wide business strategies is becoming more and more of a challenge. Fortunately, with every challenge, there is a solution, and the International Faculty is the perfect resource for the quick delivery of strategic solutions to multi-national companies.
